BERMUDA RUN, NC – A driver hit a Smith Grove Fire & Rescue fire truck while fire crews were responding to an initial crash between a big rig and two cars on I-40 Tuesday.
This wreck happened during snowy and icy conditions and the cars were found on I-40 West, while the truck was on I-40 East, reports MYFOX 8.
While the fire crews and the driver that hit the fire truck were spared from physical harm, it is unclear whether anyone sustained injuries in the initial crash.
