Semi rear-ends big rig, causing rollover with injuries in Palm Beach Gardens

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL – A Freightliner semi-truck driver rear-ended a Mitsubishi Fuso big rig, causing the Fuso to overturn and injuring the Fuso driver Wednesday.

This collision occurred around 5:30 a.m. on I-95 South, one mile south of Donald Ross Road, according to WPTV.

When the two trucks collided, the Freightliner also lost control, jackknifed and then crashed into a concrete wall. The Freightliner driver, however, was spared from physical harm.

Upon arrival, Florida Highway Patrol, one of the first responders summoned to the scene, had declared closures for about three lanes and then announced a reopening around 10:30 a.m.
