No injuries reported in cement truck-train crash in Chelsea 

CHELSEA, AL – Occupants involved in a Thursday afternoon collision between a cement truck and a train managed to escape injuries, WTVM13 reports.

This collision occurred before 12:30 p.m. on Chelsea Road along County Road 433 and Chelsea City Hall. First responders — Alabama Law Enforcement Agency troopers, Shelby County deputies, and Chelsea Fire units — cleared one portion of crash debris at 1:15 p.m. and the other after 5 p.m. During the scene clearance and investigation, the railroad crossing was closed.
