FORT PAYNE, AL – A driver was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Fort Payne on Friday afternoon.
According to WHNT, the crash, involving a dump truck, occurred near the intersection of Wallace Avenue and 5th Street Northeast at a curve in the roadway known as Joe’s Truck Stop.
The driver suffered fatal injuries in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. He has since been identified as 43-year-old Joshua Buck.
No additional information on the cause of the crash is available at this time.
