LAKELAND, FL – A 36-year-old Tampa man driving a Chevy pickup truck lost his life after trying to pass another vehicle on the opposite lane, hitting a semi head-on Saturday.
This crash occurred after 3:15 a.m. when the semi driver was going north on U.S. 98, and the pickup truck driver was going south on U.S. 98, according to ABC Action News.
The semi-truck driver and his passenger were unharmed.
