LAURINBURG, NC – Two tractor-trailers, one of which had carried a boat, had caught on fire after both vehicles collided on Highway 74 beneath an overpass Thursday.
Black smoke permeated in the air as a result of the fire. My Fox 8 said authorities shut down Highland Road starting at Highway 74 Business and ending at Malloy Road to accommodate the scene clearance process.
It is not immediately clear if anyone, including the drivers or passengers, sustained injuries nor did authors disclose the exact cause of this wreck.
