BLACKSTOCK, SC – A driver of a Dodge Ram pickup truck drifted off I-77 North and then hit the back of a tractor-trailer, leading them to suffer fatal injuries Tuesday.
This collision happened before 12:45 p.m. when the pickup truck driver collided with the parked tractor-trailer along the freeway, WBTV revealed. The driver and passenger of the Big rig were unharmed, while the pickup truck driver, the sole occupant of their vehicle, died at the scene.
South Carolina Highway Patrol started an investigation but has not provided other details at this time.
