MOODY, AL – Two people sustained serious injuries, and a 71-year-old man passed away after a truck and car collided last Monday on April 1st.
The details of this crash remain limited, but police confirmed with AL that the events of this incident unfolded when one vehicle was traveling north and another south when they crashed around 7 p.m. at Highway 411 and James Taylor Road.
Upon arrival, first responders airlifted two of the individuals to a hospital for treatment of unspecified wounds. The 71-year-old man, Stephen Day from Moody, was also sent to a medical facility, where he later died.
