1 hurt, 1 killed in Farragut car-trash truck collision 

FARRAGUT, TN – A driver of a trash truck merged over four lanes and then hit a car, leading the truck driver to sustain wounds, and claiming the life of the other motorist. 

This collision occurred Monday on Kingston Pike near Amesbury Road, according to WVLT News Channel 8. After the garbage truck operator struck the Infinity G37, the dump truck then drifted off the road and swerved across Amesbury Road.

Tennessee Highway Patrol confirmed that the truck motorist will face charges for their involvement in this collision.
