ORANGE COUNTY, FL — Florida Highway Patrol officials are investigating a dump truck collision that occurred Monday morning on State Road 417 near southeast Orlando, according to Click Orlando.
The accident happened on the entrance ramp from Narcoosee Road to northbound FL-417, near the Orange-Osceloa county line, in the Lake Nona area.
Preliminary details show the driver neglected to lower the truck bed before entering the ramp, which resulted in the open bed colliding with multiple toll plaza signs.
No charges or citations were immediately reported, but no injuries to the driver or anyone else were reported.
An investigation remains underway.
