KNOXVILLE, TN — Authorities were dispatched to a rollover crash involving a dump truck Tuesday morning, January 30, on Asheville Highway in Knoxville, reports WVLT 8.
The accident happened near the Interstate 40 interchange, in the northeast area of the city.
According to Knoxville Police Department officials, speed was found to have caused a dump truck to overturn as it entered the highway from the I-40 ramp.
Authorities said no one was reported hurt following the incident, and no other vehicles were impacted.
It was unclear whether the driver is expected to be charged.
