SPARTANBURG, SC – A fiery multi-vehicle crash in Spartanburg claimed the life of one driver on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Fox Carolina, the crash occurred on South Pine Street near the intersection with Whitestone Glendale Road at about 12:40 p.m.
First responders say an armored truck collided with the rear of a dump truck, causing one of the vehicles to catch fire.
The driver of the armored truck, whose identity is being withheld at this time, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. No additional information is available at this time.
