ASHLAND CO., OH – Emergency crews responded to a double-fatality crash involving a semi Friday morning in Ashland County, Ohio, reports CBS 19.
The collision occurred shortly after 6 a.m. at the intersection of US-30 and OH-511, which is just south of Ashland and between Mifflin and Hayesville.
Police haven’t yet shared any details about the accident except to say that two cars and an 18-wheeler were involved.
Authorities pronounced two people deceased at the scene. The victims’ names have not yet been released.
Medics airlifted one person to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
