OSHKOSH, WI – A crash involving a semi truck backed up the northbound lanes of I-41 on Wednesday morning, WFRV Local 5 reports.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, the collision occurred on I-41 north near Oshkosh around 4:37 am. Traffic was backed up for nearly two hours.
