Semi Truck Driver Sentenced After Ramming Group of People, Killing One

TAMPA, FL – The man who drove a semi truck into a group of people and killed one of them after being kicked out of a gentleman’s club has been sentenced to life in prison, FOX 13 Tampa Bay reports.

The incident took place at the Emperor’s Gentleman’s Club on August 13, 2024, around 4 am. Truck driver Dylan Fogle was removed from the club for inappropriate behavior with a staff member, and then got into an altercation with a group outside the building. Fogle, who was intoxicated, then got into his truck and rammed into the group.

44-year-old father, Giovanni Soto, was killed in the incident. Two others were injured.

Fogle was found guilty of first-degree murder, DUI manslaughter, and other charges.
