EAST LIVERPOOL, OH – A semi-truck overturned near Jennings-Randolph Bridge last Wednesday, causing major delays, WKBN reports.
According to police, the accident occurred around 11 am. The driver was coming from East End in East Liverpool when their vehicle overturned for unknown reasons.
