SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, OH – A semi-truck driver has been arrested in connection with a fatal collision on the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway last month, FOX19 reports.
The collision occurred on November 3 when the semi-truck, driven by 59-year-old Mark Singleton of Morrow, crashed into a Lexus that was broken down on the shoulder of the road.
76-year-old Sukanta Panda of West Chester was in the Lexus at the time of the collision. He was rushed to Bethesda North Hospital, where he later died of his injuries.
Singleton has been charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter for his role in the accident.
