The truck driver had lost control of their vehicle, causing it to overturn.<\/p>\n<p>The second truck collision occurred before 10 a.m. This driver also crashed into an embankment and caused glass from this truck to spill out.<\/p>\n<p>The first driver, who was charged, was left with non-life-threatening injuries. Officials did not specify the physical condition of the second driver.<\/p>\n<p>Officials shut down the exit ramp, and closures were still active by 11:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities did not say if slick road conditions played a role in these crashes.
