Tennessee Highway Patrol said the Texas man was operating a semi-truck and going south on the highway when he lost control of his vehicle, drifted off the road, and sideswiped a stationary semi-truck that was on the interstate&#8217;s shoulder.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers identified the other truck driver as being from Louisiana.
