Laburnum Avenue, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wric.com\/news\/local-news\/henrico-county\/tractor-trailer-crash-causes-lane-closures-on-route-60-in-henrico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WRIC<\/a> reports. Preliminary details reveal that the driver of a big rig, transporting a concrete slab, first crashed into a propane truck. The impact of the collision caused the big rig to jackknife, overturn, and crash into the male pedestrian on the sidewalk.<\/p>\n<p>The pedestrian was also pinned underneath and succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>EMS crews transported the big rig driver to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Both trucks were significantly damaged, resulting in a several-hour-long shutdown of west and eastbound Williamsburg Road near S.
