Upon arrival, firefighters shut down the southbound lanes for several hours to extinguish the flames. By 2:30 p.m., officials reopened all northbound lanes, and the southbound lanes were expected to continue with closures for the next two to four hours.<\/p>\n<p>EMS crews transported one firefighter to Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center for heat exhaustion. He has since recovered.<\/p>\n<p>No other injuries were reported.
