The box truck driver crashed into the woman. Moments later, the female pedestrian succumbed to her injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The woman was identified as a 40-year-old adult local to the area. The box truck driver was identified as a 57-year-old man from Leigh Acres.<\/p>\n<p>The Leigh Acres man pulled over on the interstate shoulder, remained at the scene, and cooperated with Florida Highway Patrol investigators.
