The Warren County Coroner\u2019s Office responded to the scene after 12 p.m. and declared the woman dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The woman has since been identified as Stacy Yvette King.<\/p>\n<p>First responders confirmed King and the log truck driver were the sole occupants of their vehicles.
