After arriving, one ambulance took the Ford driver to Mission Hospital. The driver is listed in stable condition. He was identified as 31-year-old Samuel Mullenax from Hendersonville.<\/p>\n<p>Additional details from troopers revealed that the truck driver was turning from a driveway prior to the crash and did not suspect he was impaired. He was identified as 30-year-old Stephen Neill, also from Hendersonville, and is faced with a failing to yield charge. Crashes are common on this five-lane highway, authorities noted.<\/p>\n<p>Officials shut down the majority of NC 280 for three hours for the clean-up process and investigation.
