Dougherty County Police Department said the car driver had tried to cross onto Liberty Expressway from Nelms Road but did not yield, causing her to crash into the trash truck.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
