Officers declared a 15-year-old boy and a 22-year-old man, Mercedes passengers, dead at the scene, while EMS crews took the Mercedes driver to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Police have identified the 22-year-old man as Sameer Baig Mirza.
