The North Carolina Department of Public Safety was the car driver was waiting to turn when it was rear-ended. The semi-truck that rear-ended the car overturned, and the car was pushed forward and struck head-on by a second tractor-trailer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The impact of the collision caused the second tractor-trailer to crash into a ditch.
