The Texas Department of Public Safety declared the 28-year-old man dead and identified him as Luther Bernard Young Jr from Flower Mound.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The other driver sustained minor injuries and was identified as Derrick Demonte Jones of Fort Worth.
