Upon arrival, EMS crews took the SUV occupants to a hospital, and authorities shut down a major portion of the road, leaving one lane open to accommodate the flow of traffic.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">San Angelo and Grape Creek Volunteer fire crews confirmed that the petroleum tank truck did not spill any oil.
