The four commercial vehicles and the woman were stopped at the traffic light. For reasons unclear, the driver of the concrete truck did not reduce their speed and then rear-ended the woman\u2019s car. The impact pushed her vehicle forward and led to the multi-vehicle crash and her getting pinned between one of the commercial vehicles and the concrete truck.<\/p>\n<p>Effingham County Sheriff\u2019s Office has identified the victim as 32-year-old Carly Holubik from Richmond Hill.
