The driver was either pinned or entrapped and required extrication by Webb County Fire Rescue crews.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fire crews were able to extricate the man successfully. However, he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
