Police had declared the victim dead at the scene, and their identity has not been publicly announced.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fire and hazmat crews also responded to the crash site. It\u2019s unclear if they shut down any lanes.
