Several other drivers saw what happened and tried to avoid an initial crash. Moments later, a trash truck driver swerved to avoid the wreck but veered off the northbound lanes and into the southbound lanes and crashed into many other vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>First responders confirmed the 35-year-old man succumbed to her injuries at the scene. They identified her as Alexa White from Fort Cavazos. EMS crews transported the three injured individuals to nearby hospitals for treatment.<\/p>\n<p>At this time, the surviving occupants&#8217; physical conditions are unknown, and it is unclear what vehicle White was traveling in.<\/p>\n<p>Police have launched an investigation.
