Tennessee Highway Patrol confirmed that it was the second truck that spilled the biscuits.\u00a0EMS crews were also summoned to the scene and transported the motorist of the stationary truck to a hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Crews had to shut down the interstate between Mount Juliet and Hermitage for several hours for the clean-up process. Workers reopened one lane at 7 a.m. to accommodate the flow of the morning rush hour traffic and lifted all lane closures by 9 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers did not say if they cited the driver of the moving truck.
