Moments later, the Accord crashed head-on into a 2023 Freightliner truck.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities pronounced the woman dead after 2:15 p.m. She was later identified as Sabrina Rankin, from Springdale. Officials identified the truck driver as Ilias Omuraliev.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unclear if Omuraliev was taken to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>At this time, law enforcement does not have a definitive answer as to why Rukin lost control of her car prior to the wreck.
