However, footage from the source shows that the impact caused the driver of the semi-truck to hit a barrier on the bridge, causing the truck to then go over the barrier and partially into the water.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The semi-driver inside was able to escape. Crews had to shut down the area for several hours for the clean-up procedure.
