A short time later, a car struck the tractor-trailer. The impact of the collision had entrapped the 18-wheeler motorist inside his vehicle and led the family inside the car to sustain minor wounds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The semi-truck driver had suffered fatal injuries and has been identified as Cesar Josevan Espinosa Manso, a Houston man. The trash truck driver was unharmed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The surviving occupants remained at the scene. Car passengers told investigators that their road visibility was reduced because of the fog.
