The tow truck driver was operating a rollback tow truck with an attached Chevrolet passenger car at the time of the accident.<\/p>\n<p>The tow truck driver died at the scene, while EMS crews took the trash truck driver and passenger to St. Elizabeth Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The surviving occupants are recovering from non-life-threatening wounds.
