Crews shut down the westbound lanes along South Kenner Avenue after 8 a.m. for the clean-up procedure. Authorities also left at least one eastbound lane open to accommodate the flow of traffic.<\/p>\n<p>DOT personnel reopened all westbound lanes after 10:30 a.m. The St. Charles Parish Sheriff&#8217;s Office was among the first responders.
