Virginia State Police (VSP) said the 18-year-old man, identified as Ashton M. Faircloth, a Stafford County resident, had swerved off his lanes to avoid the slowed traffic on the interstate\u2019s southbound lanes. As a result, he struck the Kenworth semi-truck with his Lexus, and the truck then crashed off the road.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EMS crews said the truck driver, 43-year-old Frank K. Tandoh, from Dumfries, was taken to VCU Health for non-life-threatening wounds.
