AUGUSTINE, FL &#8211; Two people were rushed to the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck on I-95 early Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news4jax.com\/news\/local\/2023\/07\/22\/early-morning-semi-crash-in-st-johns-county-causes-traffic-backup-on-i-95\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WJXT<\/a>, a semi-truck collided with the rear of a pickup truck in the northbound lanes of the interstate near International Golf Parkway at about 5 a.m. Both vehicles veered off the side of the roadway, where the pickup slammed into a tree.<\/p>\n<p>Both drivers were wearing seatbelts when the incident occurred. They were subsequently transported to the hospital in serious condition.
