The motorcyclist, later identified as Mark David Cook, went under the truck as the truck driver was waiting to make a left turn.<\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival, an ambulance took Cook to Cherokee Medical Center, where he passed away before 2:45 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The Cherokee County Coroner&#8217;s Office confirmed Cook did not wear a helmet.
