The Lebanon Police Department identified the man as Alvin Cotham and said three other individuals also sustained injuries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The impact of this wreck led several paper towels, paper products, and tires to scatter across the intersection, leading to clean-up efforts and lane closures that lasted until 4 p.m. Wednesday. During the closures, which included the eastbound lanes, drivers were asked to use Exit 236 going onto Hartmann.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hazardous materials were involved in this wreck.
