The driver of the Chrysler Pacifica swerved to try and avoid hitting the truck but ended up striking the trailer\u2019s back axle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Texas Department of Public Safety said the Chrysler driver, identified as 51-year-old Candice Davis from Mustang, Oklahoma, 23-year-old Mckenna Davis also from Mustang, and 70-year-old Mark Hedeen, were sent to Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo for treatment of serious injuries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The two other individuals who lost their lives were also from the minivan.
