However, upon arrival, Suffolk firefighters said the fire possibly resulted after the tractor-trailer hit several trees.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emergency responders said the big rig\u2019s saddle tank ruptured but did not confirm if that also contributed to the fire.
