South Carolina Highway Patrol, who responded to the scene, said the cyclist died at the scene.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Lexington County Coroner identified the victim as <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Margaret Fisher.
