Mississippi Highway Patrol identified the Toyota driver as 30-year-old Ondrea Flaggs, who is the niece of Vicksburg mayor George Flaggs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The passenger with Flaggs was only identified as her twin sister and not by name. At this time, Flaggs\u2019 sister and the truck driver are recovering at Merit Health.
