After the speeding semi-truck driver crashed into the truck with the flat tire, the driver succumbed to fatal wounds, while the driver with the flat tire sustained minor injuries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Local and state police and fire crews were all summoned to the scene.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authorities have not released the name of the deceased person or said if the driver who survived was taken to a hospital.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Officials had to shut down the area to accommodate the scene clearance process and for their investigation.
