Georgia Department of Transportation crews were dispatched to the scene at about 1:38 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Georgia State Patrol officials said a tractor-trailer was heading westbound at the same time a Honda Fit was traveling eastbound, against traffic. At one point, the front of the Honda collided with the big rig&#8217;s backside axle and rolled over.
