The incident, which occurred during wet weather conditions, also appeared to have damaged an ornamental brick sign at the neighborhood entrance.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson with the South Carolina Highway Patrol has confirmed that the striking engine belongs to the Columbia-Richland Fire Department.
